Marca is the major international exhibition on private label products, organized by BolognaFiere in collaboration with the Association of Modern Distribution (ADM).

It is the only Italian event entirely dedicated to the commercial brand.

Two days of relations, business, workshops and debates for an event that has been accredited in recent years as the appointment of excellence for the business community of the sector, in which the brand industry has the opportunity to develop relationships with main retail.

In all these months, so difficult and complicated, the new technologies have certainly helped us to shorten the distance and not to lose both personal and business contacts.

Now, that the epidemiological situation seems to be under control, we are delighted to be able to take part in the next edition of Tutto Food, scheduled in Milan from 22 to 26 October.

There is a great desire to welcome old and new friends who, we hope, will come to greet us at our stand, and we are impatient to tell them all about the many Soavegel news and plans for the future.

To celebrate our return to the Fair, in this edition we have decided to considerably increase the size of the stand, with the aim of recreating the atmosphere of an Apulian village in celebration, with the now famous Ape Hour.

Marca 2018 – International Exhibition of “Private Label” in Bologna. January

We decided to recreate a real typical village of Puglia. Not only in the flavors of our cuisine, but
also in the booth equipment.

During Marca 2018 we will present a new product:”Bombette Pugliesi”

The bombette, are tasty rolls of capocollo finely chopped and stuffed with pugliese caciocavallo cheese, parsley and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Ideal as a second course, surprising as finger food for an aperitif with friends, the pugliese bombettes conquer all as street food outside the regional borders.

SOAVEGEL INVITES YOU AT ANUGA 2017

from the 7th to the 11th October in Cologne

Soavegel, the historical Italian food company working in the Frozen Food Cluster since 1935, will take part to the most important International Trade Faire in Germany, Anuga 2017 in Cologne, and invites you to come and visit its stand at HALL 4.1 BOOTH D48.

Anuga Exhibition offers a preview of trends in food industry and it is a great opportunity for food importers, wholesalers, retailers and all representatives of food industry interested in food novelties to find new business partners.

This exceptional Trade Faire will engage more than 7.189 exhibitors, 160,000 trade visitors from more than 192 countries, for five days, from the 7^th to the 11^th October 2017.

The concept of Anuga makes it a unique place to show the diversity of the food and beverage industry and visitors will have the possibility to participate to 10 trade shows in one.
