MOZZARELLA IN CARROZZA: DEEP-FROZEN BREADED SANDWICH STUFFED WITH MOZZARELLA. Ingredients: Mozzarella cheese 30% (milk, salt, rennet, citric acid), sandwich bread from 24% (wheat flour “0”, water, vegetable oil (palm, sunflower), yeast, salt, iodized salt, dextrose,  soy flour, malted wheat flour (it contains gluten)),  breadcrumbs (wheat flour, salt, yeast extracts, spices turmeric and paprika), water, wheat flour, eggs, potato modified starch, oil sunflower seeds, salt, iodized salt 0,4%, black pepper, sugar. Product may contain traces of soy.

ASCOLANA OLIVES: OLIVES WITH MEAT AND MORTADELLA FILLING. FRIED AND QUICK-FROZEN. INGREDIENTS: Stoned green olives 38%, soft wheat flour, water, meat 9% (beef, pork), mortadella 3.5% (pork meat, pork fat, salt, spices, flavorings, preservative: E250), sunflower seed oil, Grana Padano cheese 1% (contains eggs), cheese, salt, iodized salt 0,01%, carrot, onion, aromas, yeast, spices, acidity controller: citric acid. SMALL SAVORY TURNOVERS: DOUGH FILLED WITH TOMATO AND MOZZARELLA CHEESE. FRIED AND QUICK-FROZEN.
