Soavegel brought a delightful taste of Puglia to TuttoFood 2025, offering a sneak peek at their exciting new “Pasticceria Soave” line and the much-anticipated range of frozen Pasticciotti from Lecce. This launch is a true celebration of our region’s rich culinary heritage, perfectly blended with modern innovation to meet today’s market demands.
The iconic Pasticciotto from Lecce, Puglia’s beloved sweet treat, truly stole the show at our stand. We’ve taken this traditional pastry gem and transformed it into a convenient, innovative product without compromising its authentic soul. To truly surprise and delight even the most discerning palates at TuttoFood 2025, we showcased a tempting variety of pasticciotto flavors. Alongside the classic creamy custard filling, we unveiled exciting new taste and format variations, including a brand-new inclusive option: Gluten-Free and Lactose-Free Pasticciotto.
But we didn’t stop at just the classic cream pasticciotto! We proudly presented a diverse array of flavors, each designed to offer a delightful experience for every taste. Adding to our pride was the announcement of our prestigious partnership with Fabbri 1905, a collaboration that underscores Soavegel’s unwavering commitment to excellence and the highest quality ingredients.
