Description
 Soavegel's Gnocchi are potato dumplings stuffed with Tomato juice and Mozzarella, or with Gorgonzola cheese or with Buttermilk Curd and Spinach.
Ingredients
 Water, potato flour, starch, buttermilk curd, soft wheat flour type "00", cheeses, rice flour, margarine, potato flakes, smoked salmon (6% on the stuffing, 1,2% on the total), salt, powdered skim, egg powder, aromas. Emulsifying agent: E471; stabilizing agent: E450i; antioxidant agents: E223, E304; acidifier: E330.

Preparation
 Pour the still frozen potato dumplings in salty hot water. After they have appeared on the surface, leave them to boil for about 2 minutes, then remove from the water and you season as you like.
