• Small/Middle Let the product defrost for about 10 minutes; fry in abundant hot oil (180°C) for about 3/4 minutes. Before serving, let them cool for 2 minutes.
• Big Let the product defrosts for 2/3 hours; fry Crocchè in plenty of abundant hot oil (190°C) for about 5 minutes. Before serving, let them cool for 2 minutes.
